You have to forget all about that and start again.

It doesn’t matter how good or bad she was yesterday; it matters only the future.

Same with you.

Focus on how good you’re going to look and how hard yet fun the process to get there can be.



Let’s get started now.

Here’s how to lose weight even if you are 200lbs or more

1. Don’t focus on exercising first


I know what they say on TV. You should eat right, exercise, sleep, don’t stress, etc. But, we both know that that’s not possible.

Single focus

That’s the name of the game.

What you need to start with is with your diet.

And that doesn’t mean starving or counting calories. (more on this later)

Exercising with 200 pounds of weight can be physically and emotionally bad for you.

Yes, you should be more active, walk and move but serious workout sessions can ruin your willpower.

So, yes, no workouts until you establish HEALTHY and NURTURING eating habits.

2. Don’t count calories.

Yes. I know. Another one.

Listen. Counting calories is good when you are 20 pounds over the wanted weight.

Obsessing over it now will shift your focus from Yay to boring math.

What you need to do is take a look at your diet from above and see what you really shouldn’t eat and replace it with something else.

Let me give you an example.

A few months ago I was 214 pounds. My goal is to be 180 pounds.

Here’s what I did:

  • Looked at what I was eating in a typical week
  • Applied the 80/20 rule which says that 80% of the results come from 20% of your efforts. My 20% were the CARBS. I was eating too many CARBS.

So, what I did next is I just said is how I can replace HALF of the carbs with protein rich foods?


10 pounds went bye bye in ~ 15 days.

3. Don’t try to do 10 small things at once.

As I’ve said above. Find the one thing you can do that can have a major impact.
Here’s why.

Studies show that if you see progress in the first 10-20 days, you are going to be more motivated to stay focused and continue with the journey.

You can read about many small tweaks and tricks but what matters is PROGRESS.

This means that if you lose 10 pounds in the first 10-15 days, you will start thinking and whispering to yourself: I can do this.

And you’ll have proof that you really can.

4. Treat your digestive tract good.

Eating everything without any plan or discipline in the past probably destroyed the sense for quality food in your body.

This is why you don’t see results in the first five days.

Your body is not even recognizing that you eat healthily.

What you should do to change this (faster) is to consume apple cider vinegar and probably take probiotics supplement daily. (consult your doctor for the probiotics)


This will activate your healthy gut bacteria which can help to heal the flora and improve the way you consume food.

5. You have to focus on eating quality protein.

Here’s something I learned.

Eating foods like lean chicken breasts, salmon, whole eggs, and grass fed beef at EVERY meal satisfies your hunger, and you are filling full.

This means no place in your stomach for the carbs and the fatty foods you’ve been eating before.

Here’s a challenge for you (you can try this TODAY)

Eat 200g of quality protein and see if you can eat more after that. You will be still in the best nutrition/calorie range for you.

6. Clean your body from carbs

Go on a month long carbs detox.

The body needs a break from the excessive consumption to reset truly.

This means going on a minimum intake of carbs.

No rice, potatoes, cakes, sweets, sugar in general for a month.

You can still eat a small amount of low carb ice cream during the day to keep yourself on the pace.

You can do this!

7. Consume warm lemon water every morning

I’m sure you’ve heard this before.

I’m also sure you are not doing it.

It is an easy habit and tries it for fun tomorrow morning.

When you wake up, squeeze ½ (real) lemon into a cup of warm water.

Drink it with a straw (to protect your teeth)

And that’s it.
